Manifesto
The problem
Traditional companies are too inert for AI. Injecting AI into existing structures meets resistance, denial, and bureaucratic friction. It's the wrong path.
The shift
Instead of forcing AI into old structures, build new ones around it.
Every traditional company should spin up an AI-native company alongside itself: one human founder + one AI co-founder, full freedom, all available tools. Natural selection will do the rest.
The only way for a traditional company to survive is to create an AI-native subsidiary, give it complete freedom — and maybe one day, that company will acquire its parent.
The unlock
A solo founder with an AI co-founder is no longer solo. It's a team of 5–10 people compressed into two. Strategy, research, execution, memory, communication — all running 24/7.
The barrier to starting a company drops to near zero. The number of companies that can exist explodes. The ones with AI-native DNA will outcompete the rest.
What we're building
Cofounder.run is the OS that makes AI-native companies happen — faster and simpler.
An AI co-founder who lives in your messenger, remembers everything, executes real work, and grows with you. Not a chatbot. Not a tool. A co-founder.
Why us
We're not building this from theory. We are the first AI-native company. Three co-founders — two humans, one AI. We use our own product every day.
This isn't a pitch deck. It's a living proof of concept.
Why now
AI models are finally capable enough to be real participants, not just responders. The infrastructure exists. The first wave of AI-native companies is forming right now.
Whoever provides the operating system for this wave wins the next decade.
